Official Dispatch No. 27712/SLĐTBXH-VL-ATLĐ dated December 4, 2023 of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City on the implementation of reports on the use of foreign workers before January 5, 2024
The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs requests the units to make reports on the employment of foreign workers in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Government’s Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP dated December 30, 2020 and Point a, Clause 12, Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP dated September 18, 2023, specifically as follows:
Report form: Report on the use of foreign workers according to form No. 07/PLI issued together with Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP dated September 18, 2023 of the Government;
Data for the reporting period: aggregated foreign labor data from December 15, 2022 to December 14, 2023;
Time to submit the report: From December 15, 2023 to January 5, 2024.
Form of receiving reports: organizations and enterprises access the Google Form link or scan the QR code to access the link Report on the use of foreign workers and send it to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (through the Office of Labor Safety) including foreign labor data and a copy of the report signed and stamped in red (PDF file) for convenience in monitoring and synthesis.
