Thien has over 12 years of experience serving foreign-invested clients in Vietnam. Thien has extensive knowledge of corporate, investment, and labor laws, as well as a deep understanding of accounting and tax regulations in Vietnam. She has directly advised clients on market entry, investment licensing/company formation, as well as company secretarial services, accounting, taxation, and HR & payroll matters.
Notable clients Thien has advised and continues to advise include Shopback, JC Penney, Future Hub, Technonicol, Linkaxia, and Indochina Venture. At VBK, Thien is currently a Senior Manager in charge of Corporate Advisory Services in HCM office.
Thien holds a Chief Accountant Certificate and an IFRS Diploma.
