1️⃣ Legal Validity: E-labor contracts now hold the same legal weight as traditional paper contracts.
2️⃣ Flexible Authentication: Employees can sign using personal digital signatures or verify via the VNeID app (Level 2).
3️⃣ Standardized 4-Step Process: From initiation, the employer signs first, the employee digitally verifies/signs, and the data is then synchronized with the national database.
