Mr. Huu has over 22 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business consulting for foreign-invested clients in Vietnam. He joined I-Glocal, a leading Japanese consulting firm, in 2005 as Deputy General Director, leading the Accounting Services and Tax Consulting Department for Japanese clients. He has also been directly involved in due diligence and advisory for several foreign partners in M&A transactions and corporate governance in Vietnam.
Since 2014, together with I-Glocal, he has directly founded and managed VBK as the Managing Partner and General Director. At VBK, with the desire to become a trusted partner of clients, he established the philosophy of “Quality First” and the spirit of “Omotenashi” service, exceeding customer expectations.
He graduated from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City with a major in Accounting and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license issued by the Ministry of Finance and a Tax Agent license issued by the General Department of Taxation. Additionally, he possesses the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA) certificate, granted by the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee.
Currently, he also serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA) and the Vietnam Institute of Chartered Accountants (VICA).
