Ngoc has over 10 years of experience serving foreign-invested clients in Vietnam. Ngoc has extensive knowledge of corporate, investment, and labor laws, as well as a deep understanding of accounting and tax regulations in Vietnam. She has directly advised clients on market entry, investment licensing/company formation, as well as company secretarial services, accounting, taxation, and HR & payroll matters.
Notable clients Ngoc has advised and continues to advise include Imanaka, Kume Industry, Aero Asia, Asahi Etic ..etc. At VBK, Ngoc is currently a Manager in charge of Corporate Advisory Services in HCM office.
Ngoc holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Vietnam) designation issued by the Ministry of Finance, Vietnam, and a Certified Public Tax (CPT Vietnam) designation issued by the General Department of Taxation, Vietnam. Additionally, she possesses the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA) certificate, granted by the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee.
