On 6 June 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs issued Official Letter No. 10165/SNV-VLATLĐ on the reporting of occupational accidents for the first half of 2026, with the following key contents:
For the reporting of occupational accidents in workplaces with employment relationships and the reporting of occupational safety and hygiene activities:
1. Reporting form: “Consolidated Occupational Accident Report at Enterprise Level” as prescribed in Appendix XII enclosed with Decree No. 39/2016/ND-CP.
2. Subjects required to submit the report: Enterprises, organizations, institutions, and individuals employing workers (collectively referred to as “employers”).
3. Submission methods:
– Method 1: Online submission via the website: atld-sldtbxh.tphcm.gov.vn
– Method 2: Direct submission or submission by post to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs.
4. Deadline submission: Reports will be accepted from 22 June 2026 to before 5 July 2026.
Note: Under Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP, organizations may be subject to administrative penalties of up to VND 20,000,000 for failing to submit periodic reports on occupational safety and hygiene as required.
