Official Dispatch No. 25985/SLDTBXH-VLATLD dated November 17, 2023 of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the HCM City Implement employer reports before December 5, 2023
To implement Article 4 of Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs requests the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Thu Duc city and districts, and the Board of Management. Management of the City’s Export Processing and Industrial Zones, Management Board of the City High-Tech Park, Management Board of the City High-Tech Agricultural Park to inform and guide agencies, organizations and businesses (referred to as Agencies) in the area carry out the content of reporting on labor use as follows:
1/ Reporting subjects: Enterprises, agencies, organizations that employ workers and have headquarters and locations of operation in Ho Chi Minh City (referred to as units).
2/ Report content: Report on labor use situation in 2023 according to Form No. 01/PLI Appendix I issued with Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP (sample attached).
3/ Report submission form and time:
3.1- Units can choose one of the following two forms:
- Submitted at the National Public Service Portal: Unit implements “Continuous procedures for registering adjustment of payment of compulsory social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and reporting on labor use situation” at the Electronic Information Portal: http://dichvucong.gov.vn/
- Submitted to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs: The unit sends the report to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs online (according to the attached instructions).
3.2- Report submission time: Complete and submit the report on the National Public Service Portal or send it online to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs before December 5, 2023.
