1. Implementation of electronic results:
The Department of Home Affairs will issue results in electronic form (replacing traditional hard-copy documents) for the following procedures:
- Issuance, re-issuance, and extension of Work Permits.
- Issuance, re-issuance, and extension of Certificates of Exemption from Work Permit requirements.
2. Legal validity of electronic documents:
- Electronic documents are digitally signed by competent authorities and affixed with the official digital seal of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs.
- They have full legal validity equivalent to original hard-copy documents.
- These electronic documents will be shared with relevant authorities (such as Tax Authorities, Customs, Police, Social Insurance Agencies, commercial banks, etc.) to facilitate inter-agency coordination and processing.
3. Method of receipt and verification:
- Receipt of results: Enterprises may log in to their accounts on the National Public Service Portal (https://dichvucong.gov.vn), search using the application reference number, and download the electronic documents for record-keeping.
- Verification of digital signatures: Enterprises may verify the validity of digital signatures via the National Digital Signature Verification Portal (https://neac.gov.vn).
